We accept all major credit cards, such as VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and PayPal. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

On average, after the order is processed it only takes 1-3 weeks to reach to you.

Can i change my order after placing it ?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us ASAP and we can help you. After 24 hours or once your order has been processed, we will not be able to make any changes or cancellations. 

My order status says "Unfulfilled". What does that mean?

This will appear when we have successfully received your order! but your order is not processed and shipped.

Once it is Processed & Shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."

Do I Get to return an item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please let us know within 7 days from receiving your order. Please contact us with your order number and the reason for your return; and we will provide you with the necessary information to move forward. 

Will shipping be covered for my returns?

All returned items shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.

What if the item(s) I received is defective, incorrect, damaged, or missing?

Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is defective, incorrect, damaged or missing. To ensure a smooth return, please include your order number, photos of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will take it from there and make sure to resolve your case as soon as possible.

How long is the return process, and when will I receive my refund?

Processing returns may take up to 5 business days from the day we receive your return. You should receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. 

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request.
